This is our second time renting with premier party rental and this time we needed a bounce house last minute. We called them Saturday morning around 11am and they had one dropped off to us by 2pm that same day! Highly recommend!

Such a great experience here from start to finish! Incredible customer service with Jubilee and Premier was able to be our one stop shop for tables, chairs, and fun with the soft play set complete with delivery and set up. The soft play was a HIT for the kids for hours and hours!

We needed two tents, tables, and chairs last minute for a post funeral luncheon and Premier was so kind and had everything we needed. They accommodated our specific drop off and pick up times and were punctual and efficient. Highly recommend.

We recently rented a tent, chairs, and tables for a special event, and everything was absolutely perfect! The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time for both setup and takedown. The tent was clean, sturdy, and provided great shelter and ambiance. The chairs and tables were in excellent condition, and everything was arranged just the way we requested.

Nothing short of amazing the soft play was a BIG BIG hit with the kids at my party! Communication was top notch and very easy to work with - definitely recommended and would rebook with them a million times over

I absolutely love renting from Premier Party Rental! They are reliable, affordable, and so kind to work with. I first rented from them in July for my son’s 1st birthday party. The soft play area, bounce house, and “one” table were a hit! We also rented toddler chairs/tables, a tent, and adult tables/chairs. The staff were early and very kind.
In November, I rented a bounce house that I used indoors, candy cart with cupcake stand, number 3 light up sign, and toddler chairs/tables. Once again, Premier did not disappoint. The party was a hit!
I also love the ease of booking on their website. 10/10 and my go too for rentals!

I needed to find a rental company for chairs for my wedding ceremony at Hartford City Hall and premier party rental made the entire process so easy. They are efficient, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend. Jason communicated everything before our event and that made things go smoothly. The kids loved the waterslide and the tables were in perfect shape. Pickup and drop off were on time. Jason made our party a special one, the water slide was exactly what he described. Last month my husband and I rented a Lego themed bounce house for our son's birthday party. They were really professional and were great with communicating with me. The price was great too. The kids had an absolute blast! It was the perfect addition to the party. We will definitely rent from them in the future.

Amazed with the variety of items this company offers. Truly a one stop rental. The multi color softplay was a hit in my event, very large area which kept children occupied and entertained! Will book again in the future .
I'd like to start off with saying how amazing the communication was with this company when it came to renting a tent, tables and chairs. They were very thorough with their responses to my questions, quick to respond even if i had a question that came to mind at night. In terms of flexibility, definitely a 5 star. In terms of their time frame of setting up the tent, tables and chairs and breaking them down, another 5 stars. I would 100% use their services again if another event comes up!

I cannot speak more highly of this company. We rented the princess bounce house for my daughter's 6th birthday party and the kids had a blast! They have very reasonable costs compared to other well known party rental companies, they were prompt with the drop off, had extra extension cords, and we're very responsive leading up to and after my daughter's party. We will definitely be using them again!
